Dennis Hinrichsen
genesis throne feedback
mathematical and tender that was my first form
isolation pod often penetrated
by a well-cooked potato
then cities, the alien cities
the ramparts kitten in each hand I felt oddly derivative
I was downy but I was not tufted
I kept a few ants
as pets I was affiliated with stairwells
dome-work in need of windows
the embarrassment of downspouts I pressed magnets
tight to their polarities to measure ricochet
I beheld glyphs not of rooms but of the world
