Whether approaching the quiet affection that comes with watching life closely, a recollection of a past moment now altered by time or the inherent existence of change as a constant, Adam Benedict’s work is interested in pinning things down a little more tangibly than time or the mind allow. Using different forms of printmaking, drawing and textiles, his work considers themes of transition, sexuality, desire to peer back in time and hopes for a sweeter future.
